 What sets me apart from all the other Realtors? My professionalism sets me apart. I listen to you and come up with solutions that fit your needs. I like quick closings. It makes me happy to close a deal within two weeks. When a buyer comes to me already qualified with a lender or with a cash offer, I work overtime to meet their needs. When I have a listing to sell, I utilize as many websites to get my listings seen around the world. People are always wanting to move to this area. My previous experience before becoming a Realtor was in searching titles before the closing. I have a Paralegal Degree. I tell people that when I became a Realtor, I went from the bottom of the real estate transaction to the top so I know this area from the ground up. Wilmington has been my hometown all my life. I am one of the few in my generation that can say I was born here. I have moved away twice only to return to this great area. I would like to earn the right to become your Realtor of choice.
