About Me

Donna was born and raised in Wilmington, NC.  She has moved away several times but always manages to move back.  There is something about this area that is special not only to Donna and her family but to the many families who come to visit and decide to purchase property here.  Donna and her husband, Dan Grady, have lived in Wilmington for 27 of their 30 years of married life.  Dan is retired from UPS and is currently employed at Home Depot.  They have raised their two children here,  D'Ann (25) and Daniel (22).     

Donna has an Associates Degree in Paralegal Technology.  Her experience as a title searcher and her role as a loan closer in an attorney's office, will enhance her ability to process your contract offer from date of acceptance to the date of closing.  She will work hard to coordinate between the lender's office and the attorney's office to expedite and finalize the closing so that the buyer and the seller can MOVE on with their lives.
